The Performing, Music and Literary Arts Panel program varies slightly from the EVA program. There were 3 panels comprising 3 panelists in each. Each panel received only the entries in their specific category. They considered the submissions over the Christmas and New Year of 2008/9 and gathered in Santa Rosa on Jan 23rd and 24th to discuss their opinions and selct a final winner in each category.
